As the Director, School of Leadership you will lead a key portfolio of enterprise learning and development with impact on over 60,000 teammates. As part of Team Wisdom, this Director will lead a team responsible for signature leadership experiences, including curriculum design and development, reporting and measurement. In addition, this role will drive the multi-year innovation strategy to take DaVita University learning experience and leadership capabilities into the future! The role will collaborate closely with Village partners to incorporate best-practice learning design approaches and cutting-edge education technology solutions.

Preferred location for this position is Denver, CO, though we are open to 100% remote.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Develop strategy for building enterprise leader capability, drawing on innovative learning methods that drive a learning culture.
  • Lead team in architecting, developing, deploying, and measuring meaningful outcomes of innovative, high complexity learning solutions including live and virtual learning experiences, workshops, seminars, mentorship and digital learning platforms.
  • Build management processes to measure success and impact of signature experience, determine refresh cycles prioritization, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand enterprise skill development needs and tailor solutions to the specific needs of different departments and leadership levels.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and consultants to deliver high-quality program content.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, including the support of emerging leadership methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in leadership development and incorporate best practices into program designs.
  • Manage the performance and development of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years professional experience in consulting and/or learning field.
  • Advanced skills in learning & development, facilitation, strategy, consultation, and executive presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience project managing large, complex learning solutions for senior leadership and enterprise-wide audiences,
  • Proficiency in learning measurement & analytics, including developing measurement tools and data visualization.
  • Evidence of Research and Thought Leadership by contributing to the learning and development field through research and publications.

Travel and Time Requirements

  • Travel: 0-15%

Salary/ Wage Range

$100,100.00-$147,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
