PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.32

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with casino hosts and VIP personnel
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department
• Communicate through two-way radio or cellular telephone with limousine and shuttle bus drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests
• Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes
• Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six (6) months of guest service experience
• One (1) year of dispatch experience preferred
• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform
