The Desktop Support Analyst will be an integral part of our rapidly growing IT team,working helpdesk tickets via email, phone, and in-person, assisting withdepartmental projects, and be able to problem-solve and seek out assistance fromother team members if needed. They will be efficient and comfortable being amember of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining structure, organization, and managing the triaging tickets that come into our help desksystem, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, agood problem solver, has a positive attitude, and is extremely organized.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $35.00 to $40.00 hourly, which equates to $72,800 to $83,200 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
