Job Description
YOUR MISSION:
Provide technical support and assistance for the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP). Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SCC and PTP functionalities, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction. Investigate incidents, provide guidance to users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking support and assistance with SAP Ariba SCC and PTP modules.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets, incidents, and inquiries related to SCC and PTP functionalities, configuration, and usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, including system errors, data discrepancies, and process-related problems.
  • Configure SAP ECC as needed to enable business requirements.
  • Develop ECC to Ariba mapping requirements due to a change in business process or enabling new vendors.
  • Collaborate with users, developers, and business analysts to investigate and resolve complex technical challenges within the SCC and PTP modules.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on SCC and PTP functionalities, features, and best practices.
  • Monitor SCC and PTP modules CIG - Cloud Integration Gateway, and proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Document support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user interactions, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of SCC and PTP system changes and enhancements, ensuring proper functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the SCC/PTP implementation team to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements and user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Enablement team on Wave plan and supplier launch timeline.

MUST-HAVES:

  • Four-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent technical degree required.
  • Minimum of Five (5) years of SAP Business Analysis I the SCC and PTP modules or related experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (such as SSC, PTP, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM) and integration points between them, or SAP Certification preferred.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes. This includes Direct Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreement, Consignment, Subcontract, and drop ship
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP modules, especially Ariba SCC, CIG and SAP MM.
  • Excellent communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in working in high-volume automotive manufacturing or warehousing environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
