Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, FP&A role helps to support the Finance manager to ensure financial results are communicated effectively and efficiently through strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Verify financial data accuracy through variance analysis and generate monthly reporting package.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly forecast and annual planning process
  • Participate month end by validating financial results and collaborate with accounting team
  • Ensure data accuracy and generate reporting package
  • Perform variance analysis and highlight changes in the business plans
  • Maintain financial models to help business leaders analyze and make decisions about their business segments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance (accounting background is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.)
Base Range: $85,400 - $110,600 + Bonus Eligible
