Retail Product Manager--Assistant Vice President
The Retail Product Manager will focus on deposit pricing analytics, core product portfolio management and projects associated with consumer deposit products; will work with a broader team to identify, assess, solution and report on risks and help improve controls.
A successful candidate will have had experience working with various deposit pricing and analytical tools, examining, and defining reporting needs, the ability to articulate current state and put forth recommendations. Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation.

Reporting Information/Location
This Assistant Product Manager position is located at 36455 Corporate Drive Farmington Hills Michigan. This position has no direct reports.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop recommendations for product, service, channel and/or subsequent enhancements.
  • Assist with competitive positioning and integration into sales process.
  • Manage & evaluate performance within key financial metrics.
  • Assist and/or lead project planning process.
  • Form and manage project teams across department and/or Bank.
  • Assist with implementation and delivery within agreed upon parameters.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned vendor(s).
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and changes.
  • Monitor competition from product changes and enhancements.
  • Keep current on regulatory environment and suggest changes as needed to maintain compliance.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from and accredited univeristy OR 4 years of Relevant experience
  • 4 or more years of banking or financial industry services experience
  • 4 or more years of project management experience
  • 3 or more years of product management experience
