Your role:

Are you someone who enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing manufacturing equipment? We seek someone who enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing manufacturing equipment. As a Repair Center Technician, your primary responsibility is analyzing and repairing Atlas Copco equipment at an Atlas Copco Repair Center. Manage inventory and workflow in an Atlas Copco IAS repair center. You will report to the Service Repair Shop Manager.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Inspect incoming products, clean them, and evaluate them for repairs.
  • Produce a detailed evaluation of the repairs needed and work with the Customer relations team to create a quote.
  • Perform approved repairs and verify correct operation.
  • Maintain a local parts inventory that provides for a fast turnaround on repairs.
  • Perform QC verification of completed repairs.
  • Inspect warranty claims from customers.
  • Be able to go to local facilities for emergency repairs or get the work scope.
  • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the workbench area
  • This is a full-time position with a consistent work schedule. Must occasionally work early, late, or on weekends as the workload requires.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/ resolving electro-mechanical equipment issues
  • Blueprint and technical reading skills
  • Can operate a forklift.
