Guardian Industries is looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Business Finance team in Auburn Hills, MI!
This role will provide insightful reporting, analyses, and insights with a focus on collaboration to help the business achieve its financial objectives. This position will engage with various stakeholders including Sales and Operations Planning, Commercial leadership, and Controlling.

What You Will Do
- Prepare monthly financial reporting/ analysis and communicate business insights in a clear, concise manner
- Support the monthly S&OP cycle and annual planning process, including active support for the commercial team
- Create and utilize efficient knowledge systems to support daily and long-term decision making within our businesses and supporting capabilities
- Support Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams by preparing valuable financial analyses that provide new insights and drive profitable action
- Work across various finance and operational capabilities to share best practices and implement process improvements that increase operating performance
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in financial reporting/analysis, or data analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization)
- Experience working cross functionally to understand what drives business results
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related discipline
- Working experience in a manufacturing company
