Job Description

Overview:

HKS is searching for a talented CRM Manager to join our team.

Leads the ongoing development of HKS' companywide CRM platform. Responsible for executing the day-to-day, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce system. Works closely with our business development and practice leaders to drive adoption of Salesforce. Self-starter, able to influence and drive change, and to demonstrate results to the business. Teaches and mentors staff on the use of HKS' CRM System, and effectively embodies and expresses the firm's values and mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary system administrator for 210+ users
  • Handles all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Identifies key opportunities for system improvements and works with IT partners in the development of technical or process enhancements in order to increase operational efficiencies
  • Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Works with Business Development Directors to keep Salesforce aligned with HKS' business development vision
  • Manages Salesforce licensing
  • Works with our Data Governance Analyst to implement data standards
  • Keeps up with latest Salesforce system updates and rollouts
  • Drives user adoption of Salesforce by tracking system usage and creating user education/communication plans
  • Trains users on how to use the system (both current and onboarding new users)
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
  • Assists our in-house digital marketing team with creating and maintaining contact lists, content, segmentation groups and e-mail tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in data quality or data analysis, with 4 years of experience managing Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience with Deltek Vision, Salesforce and Data Warehouse applications preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • The ability to customize objects, formula fields, workflows preferred
  • Proven success in improving processes and adoption of Salesforce platforms * Understanding of Pardot best practices
  • Strong understanding of general business architecture and how the business process in contextualized
  • Strong experience performing problem analysis for data-related issues and developing solutions to resolve quality issues
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Excellent work ethic and eagerness to produce high quality, accurate results
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to hold sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and apply innovative solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality

Base Salary Range: $87K - 104k annually - for Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, San Diego, and San Francisco locations only

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
