Job Description

Corewell Health South Neurosurgery is seeking a passionate Advanced Practitioner to join our dedicated team in St. Joseph, Michigan (Southwest Michigan). Will consider Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is a full time, hospital-employed opportunity. Responsibilities include: Hospital Rounding, Surgical First Assist & Outpatient Clinic.

Team includes two exceptional neurosurgeons and one experienced advanced practitioner. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible. General neurosurgery practice with split of approximately 75% spine and 25% brain.

Access to 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist programs at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, which is Level III Trauma. Epic EHR.

Corewell Health South, formerly Spectrum Health Lakeland, is a teaching hospital offering residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. We also host 3rd and 4th year medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
