We are currently seeking Creative Designers with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels to work in our Design Studio. Within a portfolio, design candidates must demonstrate excellent 2D and 3D communication skills, while also demonstrating good visualization skillsets within their breadth of work. Within our studio, Designers are expected to use a variety of tools available to them, such as digital sketching tools, digital modelling tools, working alongside professional clay sculptors and studio engineering team members, all leading to a support team that enables compelling solutions and aiding in the advancement of a Designers professional growth.

Creative Designers should demonstrate good presentation skills, which are enabling in the opportunities to collaborate with engineers and developers on diverse programs and projects. Related work experiences and an emphasis on digital modeling experience are strongly desired. Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, or BS in Industrial, Product, or Automotive Design
• Ability to conceptualize advanced design proposals while demonstrating exceptional design intuition on production intended programs
• Ability to artistically represent 2-D and 3-D concepts using a wide variety of techniques, including manual/digital sketching, ALIAS, Photoshop, VRED and/or similar programs
• Strong presentation and design communication skills
• Must possess an exceptional awareness of the global state of automotive design concepts and emerging design trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of automotive exterior and/or interior product design experience
• Ability to be a team player, flexible amongst the Design team and the ability to work with Technical Engineers, Clay Sculptors and Fabrication Specialists is preferred
• Working knowledge of Alias, VRED, Illustrator, and Photoshop is highly desired
