Position Description:
  • Lead Controls Testing Champion for MCRP (Modular Control Review Program) for all Integrated Services.
  • Partner with internal control to review processes and procedures within the organization to ensure the team is compliant.
  • Serve as the business interface for control initiatives and risk identification.
  • Test requirements, identify enterprise risks, increase awareness for business operations teams and identify controls gaps.
  • Build and maintain a Business Continuity Plan for the Business Office
  • Create and maintain a DRIM (department retention inventory matrix) on behalf of the Business Office
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO) in Ariba for multiple General Managers within Integrated Services.
    • Write the requisition on behalf of the requestor for a new purchase order.
    • Maintain records with supporting documentation i.e.: statement of work (SOW) and a quote from the supplier.
    • Manage the PO by booking receipts and submitting invoices for payment.
    • Ensure invoicing is approved in the Ariba system.
    • Ensure proper documentation along with tracking is updated and uploaded to the Business Office SharePoint site.
  • Lead Slack administrator which includes monitoring and controlling access and performing yearly access audits.
  • Work on special projects that arise within the Business Office and with the Chief of Staff.
  • Support the Business Office Manager to maintain a high standard of quality in all written and visual materials.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of documents and presentations.
Skills Required:
  • Plan is established to ensure PMA is skilled in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project, and OEM Internet.
  • Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes: Interpersonal Skills, Assertiveness, Leadership, Self-Motivation, Diplomacy, Maturity, Integrity
Skills Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Ariba preferred.
  • Knowledge of internal controls testing preferred
Experience Required:
  • Possess minimal functional PMA experience.
  • 3+5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree recommended in associated field
Additional Information:
  • This position will be located in Dearborn at World Headquarters (WHQ) until Q3.
  • We will be moving to Michigan Central in Detroit in Q3 of 2024.
  • This position requires at least 3 days (Tues - Thurs) on site in the office.
