Main Duties & Responsibilities

Develops and utilizes best practices for cutter path development and machine processing. Develops and completes quality CNC tool paths on-time. Interface with team leader on quality and timing issues, supports team and tooling engineer as required. Help develop and work to Omega Programming standards. Awareness of regulatory and customer requirements as it pertains to Omega's clients; especially for Omega's medical clients (ref. ISO13485).

Qualifications

Technically competent on CNC equipment and software,

5+ years of mold making and advanced CNC and cutter path experience (Cimatron or equivalent), strong communication skills, scheduling, planning, and organizational skills, problem solving, team player. Primarily programs but may be required to setup and run CNC equipment as required to support 24/7.
