Job Duties: . Ensure the completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables. Monitor the performance of technical project/program teams through the use of timing plans (key dates), open issues, and design/process/cost changes. Ensure that production process development, tooling, and capital equipment installation activities for customer programs are being managed by the respective functional or facility project launch team. Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to create team accountability and act as liaison with Customers and Suppliers on assigned programs. Promote a disciplined approach to program management using company's phased gate review process and work to continually improve that process. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Two years of experience in each of the following:
  • Defining high-level project objectives and translating goals into actionable requirements
  • Ensuring quality standards and project deliverables are met in time
  • Leading compliance (IMDS), quality (PPAP, APQP) and engineering projects through problem solving and program management
  • Using ERP and CAD tools
  • Assisting in managing quality audits
  • Collaborating with engineering teams (Data Science, Mechanical) and quality teams
  • Maintaining and managing relationships with the clients to lead projects to completion
