Talent Analytics Consultant
This position is primarily responsible for the integration of risk behaviors and outcomes into the performance management program (PMP), including partnering with business leaders to determine division, department, and role-based risk goals, configuring systems to gather data, developing reports, monitoring results, and developing data analyses.

In pursuit of the primary responsibilities above, this position is responsible for supporting, developing, and documenting operations, processes, and procedures related to Human Resources Talent Development (HRTD) activities.

The HRTD department is responsible for learning, development, succession, performance, employee engagement, and organizational change management. This position supports and interacts frequently with all HRTD department members, and HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit colleagues across the company, and all levels of senior management. This position performs these responsibilities, and other similar duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

Data Analysis, Reporting, Key Performance Indicators and Monitoring

  • Identifying and defining measurement plans for Key Performance Indicators in partnership with business leaders.
  • Developing scalable, sustainable reporting and monitoring solutions using a variety of tools, including Microsoft Power BI, Cornerstone OnDemand, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and/or similar platforms.
  • Conducting ongoing data analysis and monitoring for operational reporting products as well as ad-hoc analyses in the talent development domain.
  • Analyzing and delivering analyses related to the above.
  • Creating and supporting sustainable reports and tools that support a learning culture and an engaged workforce.

Processes, Procedures, and Documentation

  • Develops processes, procedures, and controls related talent development domain, including reporting.
  • Supporting exams and audits related to the talent development department.
  • Drafting exam and audit responses to support the above.

Talent Development Services

  • As a member of the Talent Development Services team, supports other team members and HR Talent Development as needed.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience developing data-driven dashboards with data or working with learning and talent data
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3 years of experience in instructional design/development

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Preferred, Data analysis-related certificates
  • Preferred, Risk related certificates or certifications
  • Preferred, ATD Instructional Design certificate
