The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis' Software Group. As the leader of a team of Analysts, Engineers and Micro-Economists, your mission is to partner with the Software Business Management & Growth Team to put science into decision making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a Business Intelligence discipline that can realize a rapid iteration on business model design
  • Design the model by which we partner with engineering and software leaders to identify mission critical questions
  • Lead the design of our business curated data models and supporting automation frameworks
  • Develop and own centralized, global definitions and business logic for all vehicle and software KPIs and metrics
  • Creating a single source of truth for vehicle performance, customer engagement and feature usage data
  • Create a single global visualization platform providing both near real-time and batched performance reporting
  • Identify data instrumentation needs and work with our data engineering team to ensure successful implementation
  • Identify and understand the behaviors of our customers through econometrics research
  • Inform and iterate on package and pricing design by building economic models to predict feature demand
  • Inform Stellantis' P&L and associated revenue streams with market sizing forecasts and cost of ownership modeling
  • Lead translator, ensuring that insights and recommendations are communicated across disciplines successfully
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in the creation and subsequent development of the new team's talent

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer products
  • Comprehensive experience in analytics, data science, consumer insights, visualization platforms
  • Experience at performing analyses and ETL using SQL, R, Python, or similar tools
  • Comprehensive experience in applied econometrics and statistical inference
  • A SQL expert who will put in place code reviews and ensure best practice across the team
  • Experience in experimentation design and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree field
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Math or related field; Ph.D. preferred
