Supplier Performance Management Manager
This position is responsible for developing and managing the enterprise Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program. The position will lead and deliver a program to the enterprise to support Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) and Supplier Initiative Managers (SIMs) in managing their supplier's performance, as required. The position will manage the enterprise collection of information related to supplier performance, work with SRMs to resolve gaps in supplier performance and coordinate with Enterprise Risk - Third Party Risk Management to ensure supplier performance metrics are collected, analyzed, monitored and reported to management.
The primary functions include designing and forming the governance program, oversight of procedures, research and gap analysis to ensure alignment with intra-agency and regulatory guidance for supplier management. The primary function will be designing the supplier performance scorecards and leading the organization to resolve performance gaps for in-scope suppliers to enhance risk management. Overall, this position will also be required to oversee the enforcement of the SPM program, escalate and assist in closing performance gaps, recommend risk tolerances, manage the SPM maturity to mitigate risk to Comerica in the delivery of services.
This position manages the SPM program and the managed service provider that will support the launch of the program. The position will be required to demonstrate the ability to lead and enforce new requirements for SRMs across the enterprise. The position requires advanced communication skills with demonstrated leadership experience.
