Job Description
Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate will support their respective Financial Advisor(s) in all aspects of business development and client services. These aspects include, but are not limited to, research and resolution of complex and sensitive customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, developing innovative ways to assist Financial Advisor(s) with the selling of new products and enhancing client relationships. The Client Service Associate position supports Retail or Institutional Financial Advisor(s) in servicing Investment Advisory client's needs. This requires knowledge of the industry as it relates to the different products and services available to the retail and/or institutional client.

Position Responsibilities:
- Compliance -- Comply with all Firm & Regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service -- Provide a high level of customer service both internally & externally.
- Sales Support -- Support Financial Advisor(s) efforts to achieve sales goals.
- Teamwork -- Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork contributing to a positive work environment.
Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma or 4 years Financial or Retail experience
- Preferred 2 years Financial Advisory industry experience
