Manager of Shared Services
The Manager of Shared Services position is responsible for managing supplier risk processes in the procurement processes as well as compliance oversight for the supplier engagement process. Additionally, this position as management responsibilities for supplier onboarding and supplier outreach associated with enablement into procurement systems.
The primary functions include leadership for processes and governance of electronic invoicing as well as identifying risk in collaboration with Compliance, TPR and Technology for all new contracting and sourcing requests. This leadership and management include metrics, escalations and evaluation of spend data for Comerica's third parties.
This position manages risk for Procurement related activities related to business continuity, risk controls and testing, Information Lifecycle Management and supports vulnerability assessments across enterprise impacted third parties for cyber threats. This individual is regularly consulted upon business areas on responsibilities for managing suppliers, a critical component of Comerica's capability in delivering banking products and services given the majority of Comerica's banking and customer products are delivered through third party systems and services.
