We ask that our DTNA employees work to support change with an open mind and heart by focusing on selfless leadership and caring for all people. We are so much better than this - we must be better than this.
 

We acknowledge that we all have implicit biases, but that it is our responsibility to overcome these biases, so that we can successfully thrive together. We condemn the recent unjust deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd, and we commit to being part of the solution while we continue to work for those who keep the world moving.
