Job Summary
Responsible for the execution of the TKMNA learning and talent strategy. Demonstrates skills that play a crucial role in nurturing and advancing the skills, growth, and potential of employees. Directly supports employees to achieve their career goals while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives through programming, facilitation, project management and creative thinking. Supports change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Oversees the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
• Conducts regular skill assessments to identify gaps between employees' current skills and the skills required for their desired career paths. Uses this information to tailor training and development programs.
• Creates dynamic career development plans that outline short-term and long-term goals, along with the steps needed to achieve them.
• Sets direction and provides support for learning strategy and programs for TKMNA business areas.
• Delivers assessment tools and programs such as 360 feedback, coaching, and other programs supporting evaluation of potential and talent.
• Provides ongoing updates and recommendations to Senior Manager of Learning and Talent, HR Managers and Business Unit Support team initiatives.
• Utilizes people data and analytics to analyze, report and identify opportunity areas and assess the effectiveness of career development programs, making data-driven decisions to improve them.
• Conducts and/or facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person, hybrid or virtually.
• Relies on extensive experience, agility and judgment to plan and accomplish goals that’s critical to the goal of building a learning culture at TKMNA.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Training or related studies / levels of experience
• 7 or more years of experience in human resources with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Understands learning strategies, modalities, and philosophies
• Understands applications and programs for adult learners
• Experience developing and implementing large scale training initiatives and tools
• Experience with project management in a matrixed organization
