The Transportation Intern will gain knowledge and training within Seaboard Foods' transportation and transportation support departments. During their internship, interns will be exposed to all areas of Seaboard Foods' connected food system and will learn about the driver hiring process, scheduling, and vehicle registration. Transportation interns will have an opportunity to learn about Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and transportation safety, as well as become trained in proper animal handling procedures and Transportation Quality Assurance (TQA). The internship period will be 10 weeks in Guymon, Oklahoma. This individual will be expected to work in a team environment and work on several projects throughout the summer.
